All persons entering the stadium are subject to search. To protect the safety of our patrons, players, officials and staff, the following items are prohibited.PROHIBITED ITEMS

LaVell Edwards Stadium reserves the right to inspect all items brought into the facility. By using a ticket to enter the stadium, each guest consents to such a search and waives any related claims against BYU. Guests who refuse to consent to these searches will be denied entry into the stadium. Additional security measures may be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests and personnel within the facility.

Seating accommodations for guests in wheelchairs or with other physical disabilities are available at LaVell Edwards Stadium. At LaVell Edwards Stadium, wheelchair seating is located on the upper and lower concourses of the West Stands and on the lower concourse of the East Stands.

For patrons who are not confined to wheelchairs but who have difficulty navigating extreme numbers of stairs, limited mobility seats are available for purchase at all ticketed events, if still available. The same purchasing policy for wheelchair seat tickets applies to limited mobility seats.

Only authorized and properly credentialed personnel will be permitted on the playing field before, during or after a football game. Any unauthorized person who enters the playing field will face a fine and ejection from the stadium. During a football game, passes will only be honored for individuals older than 16 years of age.

Personal stadium chairs are permitted inside LaVell Edwards Stadium, but the stadium chairs must not exceed 18 inches wide x 16 inches deep. Chairs larger than 18 inches will encroach on the seating area of others and guests may be asked to discontinue their use.

The seats are Floor Mount Style Seats. The seats are sold as they came out of the stadium and have not been refurbished. The seats and backs are in good condition, and the metal standards (seat frames) have been inspected and have no cracks and work as they should. All seats are in good working order! Stadium Seat Depot, Inc. partnered with Canal Park during the Canal Park Stadium seat sale which started in late 2021.

Since 2006, Stadium Seat Depot, Inc. has specialized in the extraction and distribution of memorabilia stadium seats from professional sports stadiums around the country. Family owned and operated, your satisfaction is our top priority. WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SEATS AVAILABLE, SO ORDER YOURS TODAY AS THEY WILL NOT LAST LONG!

Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of the stadium. The sale of alcohol is limited to two per customer per purchase, with all sales ceasing at the end of the third quarter. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly.

Commercial use of any audio or video recordings of the game is a violation of guidelines established by the National Football League.

Police officers are stationed at each entrance gate to ensure your safety while visiting Lambeau Field. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry. Lambeau Field has transitioned to entirely cashless payment systems throughout the stadium on gamedays and non-gamedays. This transition affects food and beverage stands, the Packers Pro Shop, the ticket office, 1919 Kitchen and Tap, the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours and other points of sale throughout the building.

Those who do not use credit or bank cards may use free cash-to-card conversion stations, which issue payment cards that can be used at Lambeau Field, as well as at other retailers, restaurants, and businesses outside the stadium where Mastercard is accepted. Fans can load between $5 and $500 on the cards and funds will be available to users for five years from the last date money was loaded on the card. Conversion stations will be available at various locations at Lambeau Field and Titletown on gamedays and in the Atrium on non-gamedays.

In an effort to prevent or reduce the chances of a lost child (or person of any age), we offer a Lost Person Prevention program. Upon registration, a coded wristband will be issued which will include seat and contact information. Guests with tickets in the general bowl may register with Guest Services in Atrium, Fan Assistance section 109 (level 1 concourse) and Fan Assistance section 353 (level 3 concourse). Suite and club guests may register at the concierge desks. Onsite law enforcement, Packers Security staff and stadium personnel wearing red can provide assistance.

A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout the stadium. Vendors will stop serving in the stands at the end of the third quarter. Most vendors and staff running the concessions at Lambeau Field are volunteers working to raise money for their favorite non-profit organization. A portion of every dollar you spend toward concessions goes to support these worthwhile local organizations.

Due to the traffic congestion around the stadium we suggest dropping off your passengers on the corner of Shadow Ln and Frank St, there is a convenient sidewalk and Police are there to assist you crossing the street into the Lambeau Field parking lot. Please respect any posted time limitations and heed the instructions from officers directing traffic flow in and out of the area. As this area will be very congested in the immediate hour(s) after the game, it will not be designated as a post-game pick up zone. Drivers should arrange to meet their passengers at an alternate location after the game.

To contact someone during a game in the event of an emergency, please call the stadium security office at (920) 569-7400. Security personnel will be on hand to assist you. If you are anticipating an emergency phone call, please report your name and seat locations by calling the phone number above. Paging within the stadium is reserved only for extreme emergencies.

In the unlikely event an emergency situation would require the stadium to be evacuated, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm and follow any instructions as they are given.

Fan Assistance can be found in the following locations; at the Lambeau Field Atrium Guest Services Desk, underneath Section 109 in the main concourse, underneath section 353 in the upper concourse, and at the concierge desks located on the club and suite levels. Additionally, you will find Lambeau Field Greeters offering assistance at each gate and stationed throughout the stadium.

The fan code of conduct is designed to set clear expectations for fans and encourage a stadium environment that is enjoyable for all game attendees. Additional signage detailing the fan code of conduct is posted in stadium parking lots, at concessions and in the concourses, and announcements will be made in-stadium.

Emergency medical teams and a doctor are on call in the stadium at all times. If you require medical assistance, please contact the nearest security personnel, call the Stadium Security Office at (920) 569-7400, dial 911, or proceed directly to one of the stadium's three First Aid Stations (found underneath Section 133 in the main concourse, near Section 330 in the upper concourse and adjacent to the elevators on Level 4 in the South Gate lobby). 041b061a72
