Escape from Death Park: A Sci-Fi Horror Game with Puzzles and Monsters
Whilst in a coma, a young boy dreams about being trapped in an eerie, surreal theme park. The boy must complete puzzles and escape his nightmare whilst trying to avoid a monstrous clown, who roams the theme park in search of the protagonist.
This game is about exploring a decrepit Amusement Park of Doom. Solve puzzles, search, collect, and uncover the story behind it. All the while, do all that you can to avoid the Monster Clown wandering the grounds.

Death Park contains examples of: Amusement Park of Doom: The setting of the game, naturally.
Another Dimension: The sequel states that the clown's realm is this, mixed with Dream Land.
Blackout Basement: Some areas are pitch-black without your flashlight, and even using it only gives you tunnel vision there.
Broken Bridge: You come across a corridor that's missing a large part of its floor.
Dream Land: The entire game takes place within Charlie's dreams, and the good ending involves him waking up.
Extra Eyes: The monstrous clown has three eyes in the left side of its head.
Heartbeat Soundtrack: One is played whenever you are hiding from the clown in a cupboard.
Location Title: Death Park is the name of the Amusement Park of Doom that you're exploring.
Locked Door: Like in many survival horror games, around half the doors are permanently locked to make it harder to dodge the clown and thus raise the tension.
Meat Moss: The park itself starts off with its walls being "merely" copiously drenched in blood. Its lower levels are straight-up uniformly covered in wet flesh, however.
Monster Clown: One stalks you throughout the game. He catches you, it's Game Over.
Multiple Endings: Every action and decision you make effects the ending you get. Taken even further in the sequel, where a total of eight endings are possible based on various choices.
Puzzle Boss: Eventually, The Clown is confronted at the circus arena, where you still cannot hurt him directly. However, there is an open mobile cage, and several levers near it. Making the clown run into the cage as he is chasing you, and then pulling the levers to close it traps him there, and that cage has a spiked ceiling as well...
Scary Teeth: The Monster Clown has a mouth full of sharp teeth.
Spikes of Doom: A rare example that benefits the player. Defeating the clown at the arena is a matter of locking him inside the mobile cage by pulling levers. Said cage has a spiked ceiling, which then crushes him.
Death Park 2 contains examples of: Actionized Sequel: Compared to the survival horror of the first game, the second game allows you access to more guns and weapons, and there are a number of monsters to fight with them.
Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Possibly. A brief bit of text in the prologue suggests that Charlie killed the Clown's brother in the first game, and now it wants revenge.
Infinity +1 Sword: The interdimensional rifle Charlie gets at the military base. It's capable of wiping out whole groups of monsters with one shot, has infinite ammo and is capable of being brought into the clown's dimension when other weapons can't. The only drawback is that it takes some time to recharge after every shot.
Leaking Can of Evil: The clown's dimension is this, as various monsters have been pulled into the real world by the military's experiments and the clown itself wants to break out.
Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: The military's experiments with the clown's dimension caused severe nightmares to many of the residents of Farland, and eventually led to the monsters breaking free.
In 2019, a Russian indie video game developer Euphoria Games published a survival horror game set in a spooky theme park called Death Park. Capitalizing on the theme of coulrophobia, the game became an instant success racking over five million downloads in less than a year since launch with an overall score of 4.47/5.
This game follows the same basic principles of a survival horror game. Similar to the Granny and Evil Nun games, the antagonist in Death Park is also a sinister immortal that can eliminate the protagonist in a single blow. It also contains a plethora of puzzles, which serve as the main task the protagonist needs to solve to survive.

Death Park starts with the main protagonist waking up in a room just outside a rundown theme park. Right off the bat, the game will provide you with the basic mechanics of the game starting with hiding under the bed. Performing this action will also provide you a glimpse of the antagonist who walks around the room. Once you are on the clear, you need to find the key to the room so that you can begin your quest to explore the dreaded park.
In a nutshell, Death Park still bears traces of an indie game with a limited budget. Nevertheless, despite these challenges, the developers were able to make the game scarier and spookier than most survival-horror games in the genre. In other words, do not be fooled by its modest design as this game has its own unique ways to put you on the edge of your seat.
All of the handicaps mentioned are there to balance the challenges in the game. You see, aside from being invincible, the evil clown also has three eyes and superhuman hearing. On top of that, it can also pop up anywhere in the game. The good news though is that the game will provide you with the flickering of the lights signal when the clown is nearing your location. Thus, providing you with enough time to look for a hiding spot.
All in all, the overall gameplay structure of Death Park is solid enough to maneuver. The in-game controls are responsive and the challenges are balanced enough to provide an immersive and exciting experience.
Part of what makes Death Park a popular title is that it features a clown antagonist inspired by Pennywise. Euphoria Games did a great job in launching the game the same year as the second chapter of IT. One of the most notable features of the game is the responsive controls, highly detailed environment/characters, and balanced gameplay. So, if you are a fan of games like this, then, Death Park is a game you definitely should check out!

Death Park is a game on Steam and on most mobile devices. The game starts as a playable character, a little boy, wakes up in his room. The game gives the direction to hide under the bed. When the character hides under the bed, a cut scene plays. The cut scene shows clown shoes walking around the room as if looking for something. The character then gets up from under the bed and leaves the room. The whole scene changes to a huge circus area with rides and clues on how to get into buildings. The player has to find clues about what happened while avoiding being caught by the clown. I would give a spoiler warning, but in the game itself, it explains the clown and circus is a hallucination caused by government drug testing.
If the player loses all his/her lives, the game shows the boy waking up in the hospital. The heart monitors the boy is hooked to slowly beeps until it stops altogether. If the character manages to kill the clown, the boy wakes up in his bed safe and sound. If the player gets out of the game without killing the clown, the character wakes up in a padded room. The character looks left and right and sees the clown sitting right next to him. The end screen shows up after the clown mauls the character.
